Installing Blue Sky Chat is as simple as adding one snippet of code to your website. Here’s exactly how.

    Sign up & submit your FAQs

    After you sign up, your dedicated account manager sends you a short FAQ form and a unique code snippet for your site.

    Add the code to your website

    Paste the snippet on every page, just before the closing </body> tag. That’s the only change you need to make.

    Tell us it’s live

    Let us know once the code is in place. We activate the chat on our end — and your real-human agents go live.

Important: nothing will appear on your site until Blue Sky Chat activates your account at our end. Once you’ve added the code, let us know so we can switch you on.
